Plate & Pitchfork
Dinner – June 27, 2006
Dusky Goose owners John and Linda Carter and winemaker Lynn Penner-Ash welcomed
members of the 2006 Oregon Pinot Camp for a vineyard tour followed by dinner
at our newest vineyard site, Rambouillet, in the heart of the Dundee Hills.
Local chefs Adam Berger and Michael Rypkema from Tabla Mediterranean Bistro
in Portland created a magical meal using sustainable ingredients from the
valley and all our “campers” enjoyed tastes of our latest vintage
– the 2004 Dusky Goose Dundee Hills Pinot noir. |

E&R Wines Salutes
Dusky Goose – Spring 2006
Ed Paladino and Richard Elden, owners of E&R Wines in Portland, Oregon
know their wines! They selected our 2003 Dusky Goose Pinot noir as “Red
Wine of the Year” for the United States and we know that covers a
lot of ground. “The ’03 is a fruit forward wine with a great
finish and the ’04 is equally as complex but with a different flavor,”
said Paladino. |
