Returns & Cancellations
We guarantee quality wines in your shipments. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance.
Dusky Goose will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is proven damaged or flawed for reasons not related to extreme weather.
Dusky Goose will not credit, or re-ship wine orders damaged by ground shipment if the customer refused to ship accelerated air service.
Dusky Goose is unable to accept returns of wines that are ordered in error.
